Operating Plan

Objective:

My objective is to provide our clients with salon-quality services in the comfort and convenience of their own homes. I aim to make beauty services affordable so that a larger range of people can use them.

Goals:

  1. Maintain a regular appointment schedule while giving yourself permission to take occasional personal time off.
  2. Use effective time management techniques to increase output during business
    hours.
  3. Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of physical equipment to minimize downtime.
  4. Increase customer retention and acquisition by offering discounts or rewards for repeat bookings, gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies.
  5. Expand service offerings after getting more certifications and training in the beauty industry.

Physical Equipment:

  1. Mobile Salon Vehicle: Maintain the car in its best condition and make sure it’s well supplied with all you need.
  2. Beauty Supplies: Maintain a list of the equipment and supplies required for services related to beauty and restock as needed.
  3. Sanitization Equipment: To uphold hygienic standards, make sure sanitization equipment is available.
  4. Marketing Materials: Keep promotional materials such as business cards, flyers, and readily available to promote our services.
