Goals:
- Maintain a regular appointment schedule while giving yourself permission to take occasional personal time off.
- Use effective time management techniques to increase output during business
hours. - Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of physical equipment to minimize downtime.
- Increase customer retention and acquisition by offering discounts or rewards for repeat bookings, gathering customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and implementing strategies.
- Expand service offerings after getting more certifications and training in the beauty industry.

Physical Equipment:
- Mobile Salon Vehicle: Maintain the car in its best condition and make sure it’s well supplied with all you need.
- Beauty Supplies: Maintain a list of the equipment and supplies required for services related to beauty and restock as needed.
- Sanitization Equipment: To uphold hygienic standards, make sure sanitization equipment is available.
- Marketing Materials: Keep promotional materials such as business cards, flyers, and readily available to promote our services.
